Questions about faith
Can I attend services at St Mary’s even if I’m only starting to explore my faith?
Absolutely! We are all spiritual beings, seeking to make meaning of our lives. Questions, doubts and different understandings are welcome at St. Mary’s. You are welcome.
I am not Anglican, can I still attend services at St Mary’s?
Yes, you can. Our doors are open to all-comers, of any faith expression or none.
Can I receive communion?
Yes, if you are baptised. In the Anglican church, the sacrament of Holy Communion is available to all who are baptised (of any denomination and any age). Those who are not yet baptised are warmly welcomed to receive a blessing.
